The victim was unharmed as no bullets hit his vehicle. After the gunfire, he managed to drive west on Independence Avenue, seeking safety. However, the suspect continued shooting at him as he fled.
Once the victim reached a nearby home, he was approached by Marshall, who apologized for the incident, claiming he mistook the victim for someone named “Moses.” Following this encounter, Marshall fled the scene.
